Talent attraction and retention with millennials

Recently, Adecco Singapore celebrated its long service colleagues who had served between three and over 20 years. In generations past, it would not have been unusual to hear about employees staying with a company for over 20 years. The baby boomers, like most of our Generation X and Y parents today, might have stayed at their first job for their entire career.
