It is not so much the classic job market that has changed as the technology that has changed the rules of the game. The job search channels have changed; the selection technology has changed, and this is in the form of systems that evaluate you as a candidate based on word occurrences. The most significant change is the arrival of Artificial Intelligence (AI) entering the marked at express speed, so it’s a whole new game. A lot is still in the development pipeline, but the framework has changed.
