Organisational leaders and human resources executives have faith that merging artificial intelligence (AI) into HR functions like onboarding and administration of benefits can and will improve the overall employee experience. According to IBM’s 2017 survey of 6,000 executives, “Extending expertise: How cognitive computing is transforming HR and the employee experience,” 66 % of CEOs believe cognitive computing can drive significant value in HR. Half of the HR executives back that up, saying they recognise that cognitive computing has the power to transform key dimensions of HR. And 54 % of HR executives believe that cognitive computing will affect key roles in the HR organisation.
Twitter saw an 18% increase
Twitter saw an 18% increase in ad revenue year-over-year, generating $679 million during the first quart of 2019 according to its earnings report released on Tuesday. Total revenue was also up 18% year-over-year at $787 million. (May 13, 2019).

In a survey by consultancy Hay Group, just 40% of employees commended their companies for retaining high-quality workers. Just 41% agreed that performance evaluations were fair. Only 58% rated their job training as favourable.
